Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time We currently ship to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after processing. Total time from order to delivery: 8–17 business days.
Shipping Cost We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Customs clearance
- Carrier delays outside our control
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us and we will resolve it.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days at hamidioutdoors@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately.
